Due to the custom-made and special-order nature of our products, all sales are considered final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds for reasons of customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or incorrect sizing. We strongly encourage you to review product descriptions, specifications, and size charts carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items

Your satisfaction is our priority. If your item arrives damaged or is defective, we will gladly work with you to resolve the issue. To be eligible for a replacement or repair, you must notify us within a specific number of days from the delivery date. Please have your order number and photos or a video of the damage/defect ready. We reserve the right to inspect the product and determine the appropriate resolution, which may include repair, replacement, or, if neither is possible, a refund.

Incorrect Items Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for the correct product to be shipped to you at no additional cost, and we will provide instructions for returning the incorrect item.

Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled without penalty only if the cancellation request is received before your order has entered the production process. Once production has begun, the order can no longer be cancelled and the sale is final.

Refunds (If Applicable)

Refunds are only issued in cases where a replacement for a damaged, defective, or incorrect item is not available. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, the refund will be automatically processed to your original method of payment. Please allow a reasonable number of days for the refund to be posted to your account.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund under the specific conditions outlined in this policy. Sale items cannot be refunded.

Exchanges

We only exchange items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same one, please contact us.

Return Shipping

For returns of incorrect, damaged, or defective items, we will provide a pre-paid shipping label or arrange a pickup. Return shipping costs for any other reasons are the responsibility of the customer and are non-refundable.
